Online Order & In-Store Purchases 

At Lalaépple, we do not accept returns. We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase for all regular priced items.  
Item(s) must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packing (for shoes, original box in original condition must be present).  
Eligibility 

Sales items, and customized items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
Exchanges are limited to one-time only and must be for an item of the same or higher value (top-up, if required) 
To reduce waste and carbon footprint, shipping and restocking costs will be charged for returns and exchanges, including self-collection orders.  
How do I exchange item(s) from my order?
